Yes. All of our products come with a three‑month warranty.
4. What does the three‑month warranty cover?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues that occur under normal use within three months of purchase.
5. What should I do if I have a problem with my beanbag?
If you experience any issues within the warranty period, please contact us. We’ll do our best to resolve the problem and ensure your satisfaction.

7. Is shipping free on accessories or covers only?
Free shipping applies to complete beanbag sets (cover + insert). Orders for covers or accessories only may not qualify for free shipping, depending on current promotions.
8. Where does My Bean Bag ship to?
Canada
We ship everywhere in Canada from our warehouse in Brockville, Ontario. Additional beyond charges may apply for rural or remote locations, or when required by the courier. Delivery is available to Yukon, Nunavut, and Northwest Territories. An additional Shipping & Handling fee will apply for these regions.

8. Can I customize my bean bag with name embroidery?
Yes customized name embroidery for your bean bag is available for most styles.
Please allow an additional 7 business days for processing on all orders that include monogramming or personalization.
• Personalized beanbag covers are final sale.
• During the Christmas rush, any orders requesting monogramming that are placed after the cutoff date will be shipped without embroidery. A refund will be issued for the embroidery portion of your order. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
Order & Tracking Information
Once your package leaves our warehouse, your order is considered fulfilled and has been handed over to the carrier. Tracking updates will begin to appear after the carrier scans your package into their system.
Holiday Orders – Embroidery: Holiday Cutoff Date: November 25, 2025
To help ensure delivery by Christmas, we carefully review all embroidered orders.
If My Beanbag determines that adding embroidery will prevent your order from arriving before Christmas, we may, at our discretion, cancel the embroidery portion of your order. In that case, your item will ship without embroidery, and we will refund the $25.00 embroidery fee plus applicable tax.
You will still receive your beanbag (without embroidery) as quickly as possible so it has the best chance of arriving in time for Christmas.
9. Where is My Bean Bag located and do you have a physical store?
MyBeanbag Canada is Proudly Canadian, serving customers for over 35 years an we are located in Brockville, Ontario, Canada. We are an Online store only and do not have a physical store.
10. Do you assemble the product for me?
All of our beanbags come pre-filled and you place the cover over the liner.
• 98% of our beanbag slipcovers are removable and machine-washable.
• Outdoor, lounge, and gaming beanbags are direct-fill and spot-clean only.
• Beanbag covers, along with the fill can be purchased separately with a shipping fee.

How to Place Your Beanbag Insert Into Your Cover in 3 Easy Steps
1. Open the cover
Fully unzip your beanbag cover and lay it flat on the floor with the zipper side facing up.
2. Insert the beanbag
Your beanbag insert has a top (small circle) and a bottom (large circle). Place the insert inside the cover with the large circle on the bottom and the small circle on top.
3. Adjust and zip
It’s easier with two people! Gently wiggle the insert into place, then close the zipper. Give your beanbag a good shake to evenly distribute the filling, flip it over, and have a seat.

In Canada, sales tax is based on the delivery address of your order.
