Warranty: Our products come with a three-month warranty period. If you encounter any issues within this timeframe, please don't hesitate to contact us. We’ll do our best to help remedy the problem and ensure your satisfaction.

Average lead times are as follows once shipped:
- ON/QC: 1-2 DAYS
- NB/NS: 2-3 DAYS
- NFLD/PEI/MAN/SASK/AB/BC: 3-5 DAYS
- Delivery is available to Yukon, Nunavut and NW Territories. An additional Shipping and Handling fee will apply to shipments going to Yukon, Nunavut or NW Territories.

Please allow +12 business days additional processing time for monogramming/personalization of your order.
- Personalized beanbags covers are final sale
- Any orders with monogramming after the cutoff date during the Christmas rush will be shipped without embroidery and refund issued, our apologies in advance.
- Once the package leaves our warehouse: Which means your order has been fulfilled and given to the carrier. Once the carrier scans your package, you'll see additional updates.
- Holiday Orders: If My Beanbag foresee's that an embroidery order will prevent a shipment from arriving before Christmas, we will have no choice but to cancel embroidery at My Beanbags discretion and refund the $25.00 +Tx

**If My Beanbag has any orders that they cannot fulfill with Monogramming due to the lack of manpower and or the cutoff date during the Christmas rush , it will be shipped without embroidery and a refund issued for this portion only, our apologies in advance.

ALL OF OUR BEANBAGS COME PRE-FILLED IT'S ALL INCLUDED.
- All of our beanbags come pre-filled and assembled when possible.
- *98% of our beanbag slipcovers are removable for machine wash, however certain beanbags are direct fill (OUTDOOR , LOUNGE & GAMING) and therefore, spot clean only.
- *We also sell our fillers separately.

*The cost would be 1/2 the price of a regular beanbag + flat fee of $25.00 will be added for shipping.
Sales Tax:
In Canada, MY BEANBAG collects sales tax for products ordered on this website. The rate of sales tax that will apply to an order is dependent on the delivery address of the order. The 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax) is added to all orders in every province except for the following provinces in which the HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) is added to all orders: New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia (15%), Ontario (13%) and Prince Edward Island (14%). In addition, provincial sale tax is added to all orders in the province of Québec (9.975%), in British Columbia (7%), in Manitoba (8%) and in Saskatchewan (6%).

How to Place Your Beanbag Insert Into Your Cover in 3 Easy Steps

Fully open the zipper of your beanbag slipcover. Open it as wide as possible and place the cover on the floor with the zipper side facing up.

Your beanbag insert has a top (small circle) and a bottom (large circle). Place the insert inside the slipcover with the large circle on the bottom and the small circle on top.

It’s easier with two people! Wiggle the insert into the exterior cover , then close the zipper. Give your beanbag a good shake to evenly distribute the insert and filling — then flip it over and have a seat!
