Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from mybeanbag.ca you may return it for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • mybeanbag.ca must be contacted within 25 days after you have received your purchase. Please email customerservice@mybeanbag.ca explaining the reason for the request to return.
  • The goods must be returned to mybeanbag.ca in the same condition it arrived and in its original packaging with all parts included. Please include a copy of your original invoice and the return authorization number provided by our customer service department, so that we can process your refund quickly. Return shipping charges will be at the customer's expense.
  • All monogramming items are non refundable.
  • In the rare event that your order arrives damaged from shipping, contact customerservice@mybeanbag.ca immediately or call 1-866-BEANBAG, so that we may start the claims process for you. Keep all packaging as Fed Ex will need to make a claim. Fed Ex will pick up the damaged merchandise in the original box and return it to us for processing. Mybeanbag.ca will then send you a replacement product.
